Navigating the Ambiguity.
I think not just in products, but systems. The systems I am apart of creating and simplifying for the millions of users that I design for everyday. Thinking in systems allows me to be comfortable navigating the ambiguity. The type of projects that never exactly go as planned, and for a good reason. When you are innovating you don’t quite know where you are going. There’s a plan in motion, but it’s only when you are in it, rethinking, pivoting because there’s a better way or idea, then iterating, and iterating, and iterating again until something extraordinary happens which becomes a defining turning point.
